In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Strategic Leadership : Define and implement technology and product development strategies for hardware, firmware, and customized solutions aligned with business objectives and market trends
• Project Oversight : Manage development projects with the product management office from initial concept to production, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with customer requirements
• Team and Technological Advancement : Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians locally and globally; foster innovation, implement innovative methodologies, and ensure continuous knowledge growth
• Customer-Centric and Technological Innovation : Understand customer needs and deliver tailored product solutions; monitor emerging trends and integrate advanced technologies into product designs to enhance competitiveness
• Collaboration : Work closely with product management, manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, and internal / external partners to ensure seamless product development and implementation
• Compliance and Standards : Ensure all products and processes adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations
• Budget and Resource Management : Plan and oversee department budgets, resource allocation, and cost control
