Your tasks :

• Technical and disciplinary management of the Export Control team
• Performing the role of export control officer
• Implementation of the Bafa requirements for the ICP
• Contact with authorities (customs / Bafa)
• Ensuring compliance with foreign trade requirements at all levels (organization and processes, company-wide)
• Organization of tariff classification and classification
• Preparation, application and monitoring of export licenses
• Further development of the customs clearance and export control area
• Ensuring target group-oriented training and instruction in the area of export control

Your profile :

• Completed commercial training / studies with a high technical affinity or technical training / studies with commercial experience
• Several years of professional experience in export control
• Ideally, you have several years of management experience
• Relevant specialist knowledge and further training in foreign trade law as well as export control (DT, EU, US)
• Knowledge of ERP systems, shipping and customs software, ATLAS, ELAN K2
• Confident knowledge of German and English
• Hands-on mentality and focus on results orientation
