Required qualifications and skills :
- Degree qualified in Pharmaceuticals, Biology, Microbiology, Virology. Preferably you are a certified Qualified Person
- Considerable relevant experience in pharma industry and management experience in QC Laboratories
- Experience in Regulatory and cGMP Quality Processes
- Solid understanding of QMS, its application and business objectives
- Good knowledge of operating experience of pharmaceuticals plants, including Quality Control Operations
- Good knowledge of Virology, Biologicals product and quality control processes
- Excelent people manager and able to identify and promote talent
