YOUR ROLE :

• Leading a team of individuals
• Organizing regular 1 : 1s with every individual in a managed team to give and receive feedback
• Coaching, mentoring and developing individuals
• Handling holidays, sickness, travel and recognition for the team
• Helping individuals determine the best way to reach their professional goals
• Managing performance and providing useful, timely feedback
• Guiding individuals to the right training courses and certifications
• Building career, training and development plans for individuals
• Onboarding new individuals
• Close cooperation with Squads’ Tech Leads
• Engaging in the regional SPS community
