Whether in the design and safety of new generations of cars trucks and planes or optimizing advanced medical equipment and consumer products VPG s deep engineering expertise makes the world safer smarter and more productive.

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Head of European Sales to join our Force Sensors division.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing the sales and customer support team across Europe.
  • Senior partner of the management in the territory.
  • Coach mentor and develop the team.
  • Monitor and report on all sales activity and results.
  • Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (yearend forecast) by customer product and territory.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities / market segments within territory; Increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
  • Selects appropriate subordinate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives
  • Organizes and participates in regional meetings to facilitate efficient business practice
  • Willingness to travel across the region up to 50

    • LIREMOTE

    Requirements :

  • BS in related discipline; MBA is a plus
  • 10 years of significant experience in sales and business development at a senior level position.
  • Experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products / Sensors (weighing force) to OEMs (Packaging Robotics Medical Machine Builders Construction Agriculture etc..
  • Strong business / finance background and experience
  • Knowledge of commercial transactional process involved with sales
  • Previous experience negotiating multiyear contracts with large global OEMs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
