Tasks As Sonia’s Head of Medical Sales, you will own and drive sales for a dedicated healthcare segment. You will lead a high-performing sales team, build strategic partnerships, and execute a tailored growth strategy to expand Sonia’s presence within your vertical. Leading a high-performing sales team within your designated medical vertical. Developing and executing a vertical-specific sales strategy to drive revenue growth. Owning the verticals P&L & KPIs. Building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in your healthcare segment. Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure offerings are tailored to the needs of your medical vertical. Identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to expand Sonia’s footprint. Requirements We’re looking for a sales leader with a strong track record in SaaS sales and deep understanding (or interest) in a specific medical vertical. Required Qualifications : 4+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in SaaS, HealthTech, or healthcare markets. Proven success in driving growth within a specific market or vertical. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Fluency in English (C2 or native) and proficiency in German (B2 minimum). Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to turn vision into actionable plans . Nice-to-Have Qualifications : Expertise in a specific healthcare vertical (e.g., outside of Dentistry), with a deep understanding of its market dynamics and compliance requirements. Experience expanding SaaS solutions in a targeted healthcare sector. Established network of decision-makers in your medical field. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and advanced reporting tools. A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Medicine, or a related field.
