We are on the lookout for a curious, open minded and creative Trainee (f / m / d) to join our core team of People & Culture Division at UniCredit Bank GmbH.

What you'll be doing

You will be working closely with Board Member for People & Culture and their Business Manager with :

• Getting hands on with People & Culture strategy : All strategic and operational initiatives of the People & Culture function
• Managing Daily activities & projects : All daily ad-hoc activities and strategic topics, providing comprehensive support and ensuring effective decision-making
• Shaping P&C policies & programs : The development and implementation of P&C policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Event planning : Planning and coordinating events such as P&C Townhalls, ensuring seamless execution and impactful engagement
• Becoming a data wiz : preparing and delivering analysis and presentations for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, and Group, ensuring data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
