• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management and development of a small controlling team
• You will be responsible for company-wide liquidity management
• You take care of the evaluation, development and interpretation of relevant key figures and KPIs in coordination with the management, banks and PE investors
• You support the management in strategic decisions and prepare decision papers
• You are the go-to person in terms of advising the business units on financial performance
• You will be responsible for carrying out monthly reporting with the Accounting department
• You prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports on income and expense development, analysis of the balance sheet (e.g. working capital and net debt) and cash flow statements

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a completed degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field
• You have 5+ years of experience in (project) controlling and substantial leadership experience
• Ideally, you have worked with ThinkCell and BI tools such as Lucanet and Power-BI
• You possess a solution-oriented mindset, take ownership, and are not afraid of new challenges
• You demonstrate a proactive and independent work style, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• You have very good German and good English language skills
