The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in sales operations CRM management compliance-driven workflows and data analysis to align teams and maximize revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global revenue operations strategy across Sales Marketing and Customer Success.
- Own CRM architecture pipeline management forecasting and reporting.
- Develop and implement data-driven insights to drive GTM alignment and efficiency.
- Partner with Sales leadership to refine processes quotas and compensation models.
- Ensure data quality compliance and regulatory adherence in revenue operations.
- Optimize technology stack to support scaling teams across multiple regions.
- Provide executive-level insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
