MRM is seeking a Head of Client Services to lead our team in Germany. You’ll own and develop our relationship with several key clients whilst playing a pivotal role in identifying and converting opportunities for us to grow.
The Responsibilities :

- Managing several of our largest clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identifying opportunities to grow relationships, presenting ideas and strategies to key stakeholders.
- Overseeing projects and campaigns for the clients across CX, CRM / Loyalty and Technology.
- Lead and mentor the client services team.
- Play an active role in new business opportunities.
Capabilities :
- We’re looking for a Head of Client Services who can demonstrate :
- Previous experience operating at a similar level working with major clients. Experience with the automotive sector would be advantageous.
- A deep understanding of some or all of our core specialisms; Business & Digital Transformation, CX, CRM, Content and Social Media.
- Proficiency in both German and English
- Exceptional communication skills
