JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description : Your mission :

Become part of our S&OP+ team and take responsibility in Strategy Deployment and Activity Management & Demand Planning. Jointly with your team, you will monitor the decision-making around projects in the gum and chocolate world and manage and coordinate different strategic processes from the product idea to the final launch. Furthermore, you support us in evaluating and capturing the Risks and opportunities in the business, and learn about the comprehensive forecasting process of our entire product portfolio.

Take responsibility for your own projects and get valuable insights into the processes of one of the most successful international FMCG groups.

A typical day of your future internship.

Every day of your internship will be unique, but these are your main tasks :

  • You are an integral member of our strategic S&OP+ process, take responsibility for your own projects and ensure that critical milestones are achieved.
  • You keep track of the project and activities pipeline, update the status by staying in close cross-functional contact with the project owners
  • You coordinate the assigned S&OP meetings (feeder meetings) : agenda setting, follow up on actions, facilitation, minute taking and all other relevant measures
  • You support us capturing the Risks and opportunities making sure they are up to date for the crucial milestones.
  • You also support with ad-hoc requests when relevant

Your profile :

  • You are in the 2nd or 3rd year of your studies, ideally with a business background
  • You enjoy analytical and structured thinking
  • You fluently speak German and English
  • You have excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • You are of a very independent, open and proactive nature
  • You are communicative and you are into actively contributing to the corporate culture
  • You have already gained experience in project management at university or during an internship
