This job is focused on negotiations, selection, conductingprice and capacity negotiations in alignment with Key AccountManagers worldwide. Leading and developing the Sourcing department,contributing to defining the long term foundry strategy, ensuringalignment with the central procurement team and driving continuousimprovement in processes and tooling are further key elements ofthis position.In your new role you will : Contribute to defining thelong term foundry strategy and drive its implementation Mentor andprovide direction to employees in daily sourcing business,including negotiation strategy Ensure alignment with centralprocurement team and compliance with processes and methods Drivecontinuous improvement in processes and tooling to improveefficiency and speed of execution Lead foundry negotiations andselection to support the foundry roadmap, including price andcapacity negotiations (annual basis or multi annual) in alignmentwith global Key Account Managers, contract amendment and extensionMonitor and report on savings and purchasing volume projections forfoundries and secure capacity in short and long term. You are bestequipped for this task if you have : A minimum of 12 years workingexperience in the semiconductor industry, experienced withfoundries and / or procurement is an added advantage.
