What you can achieve :

• As Head of Business Process Consulting, you will manage the Business Application or Business Process Consulting department and assume disciplinary and technical responsibility.
• The department manages the majority of business processes with the associated business applications in the Group. You will be responsible for both their technical and organizational development.
• The area of responsibility also includes contract and license management as well as their negotiation and design
• You will also be responsible for expanding and developing your Competence Center team and promoting the satisfaction of your team and users.
• You use your expertise as a project manager or software architect in a targeted manner and monitor the release planning of SAP projects (including the creation of decision templates and project or upgrade plans).
• In your role, you act as an internal contact person for SAP (license issues, services, support, projects, etc.).
• The transfer of know-how to key users and decision-makers (if necessary, certification of your team as an SAP COE (SAP Center of Excellence)) is also part of your area of responsibility. As Head of Business Process Consulting, you will also commission and monitor SAP system measurements and license audits.

What strengths you use :

A degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the management of complex IT projects and in the disciplinary and technical management of an IT team form the basis. Through your previous work, you have already gained experience in SAP (ECC, S4 / HANA, HCM, Concur, SF, MII, EWM, GTS, TM, IBP, MDG, etc.). You work in a solution-oriented manner and demonstrate your hands-on mentality when required.
