Your responsibilities

• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung der Beteiligungstöchter bei der Steuerung dieser und Zuarbeit für die Muttergesellschaft
• Effektive Vor- / Nachbereitung der legal rechtlichen Gremiensitzungen
• Handhabung des Berichtswesens der Beteiligungstöchter inkl. Qualitätssicherung
• Aufbereitung von komplexen, vertraglichen Zusammenhängen
• Begleitung und Führen von Verhandlungen / Verfahren
• Hauptverantwortlich für Zertifizierung- / Auditauflagen im Kontext der Beteiligungstöchter
• Koordination und Qualitätssicherung des Konzern-Reportings der Wasserkraft Deutschland
• Koordination und Hauptansprechpartner für Governance-Themen der Wasserkraft Deutschland
