We are currently looking for a :
Support Engineer Level 2 (M / F)
Your mission :
Provide level 2 technical support to end-users.
Diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware issues.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on support procedures and technical solutions.
Train users on new software and technologies.
Your profile :
- Experience in level 2 IT support, with a good understanding of operation systems, current software, and hardware.
- Skills in network troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows and Linux operating systems.
- ITIL certifications is a plus.
- French is mandatory and a good level of English.
