Drive hiring excellence while laying the foundation for future HR policies and processes to support growth. Requirements We’re looking for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to multiple HR functions. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance in Germany, Luxembourg is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A hands-on, problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently. Fluency in English (C2 or native) and German (C1 minimum), French is a plus. Nice-to-Have Qualifications : Experience in fast-growing startups or HealthTech companies. Familiarity with HR software for recruitment (Join). A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
