Job Description

We are looking for you to support our Business Area Original Equipment Solutions (OESL) in the Forensic and Benchmark Analysis team. As Forensic and Benchmark Analyst (m / f / diverse) you will support the global OESL segments by performing material and product failure analysis (FFA level 2 and 3), benchmarking of current vs competitor products in the market and supporting warranty claims.

Your role will include the following tasks :

• Problem solving to support field failure analysis (FFA) and claim management
• Conduct benchmarking activities of current vs competitor products in the market
• Lead and support chemical and material analysis for manufacturing issues
• Track / monitor the status and results of department requests
• Support the development of the global forensic and benchmarking processes / standards
• Coordination of studies with universities and joint labs
• Interfacing with serial product introduction (prototyping, serial production)
• Maintain close communication with internal customers and material / product test labs to support activities
