This executive partners closely with senior leaders across the region to develop and execute the people culture and organizational strategies needed to advance Dematics growth market leadership and customer value delivery. The role leads a team of five directreport HR Business Partners and a broader HR organization of 30 professionals supporting 3600 employees across EMEA.
This leader collaborates deeply with global HR COEs to drive enterprisealigned talent culture and organizational solutions. Success is measured through succession readiness highpotential retention employee engagement internal mobility diversity in leadership organizational simplification and reduction of voluntary turnover.
