The Talent & Culture Manager will report directly to the HR Director Germany and be a member of the German HR Management Team. This position can sit in Wiesbaden or Ludwigshafen. It is expected that the Talent & Culture manager will travel regularly between sites.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Talent Development
- Coordination and execution of Talent Development initiatives aligned with Global and WEC
- Manage HR development offerings for Germany including all financial / billing / chargeback processes
- Ensure administration activities for facilitations trainings and workshops
- Partner with Business HR in respective functions to understand learning and developments needs and provide local offerings and tailored talent development / workshop solutions that are not part of the area and global curriculum and localize global / area offerings
- Provide support to Business HR for Executive Coaching and Development assessment partner with global Talent Development
- Accountable and responsible for Onboarding programs including New Employee Orientation (Welcome Day) and leadership onboarding
- Partner with Business HR on program selection and communication (global talent programs) and coordinate central efforts
- Partner with the works council on learning and development offerings
