Requirements Proven experience in change management (because we all know that change is the only constant, right?) and the ability to make it a seamless, exciting journey. A background in talent management – you can spot a rising star from a mile away and have the tools to help them shine. A knack for process optimisation – if something can be improved, you are the first to jump in and make it happen. A strategic mindset and winning spirit that looks at the big picture while still sweating the small details. You are a people person with a sense of humour, emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation. Fluency in German and English is necessary, and if you speak Dutch, you will be our hero. A genuine passion for building strong, inclusive teams and a desire to create a positive workplace culture. Preferably, experience in or a strong affinity for tech companies (or tech departments).
