Your new area of influence
- Strategy Implementation and Data Management : You ensure the proper implementation of the regional compensation strategy and standards in accordance with the global strategy. This includes monitoring compensation databases, job descriptions, benchmark compensations, and annual performance reviews to ensure the accuracy of salary data in the global HR-IT system.
- Analysis and Project Management : You research, analyze, and develop changes to compensation and benefits programs to achieve the identified organizational goals of the region. Additionally, you take on the administration, execution, and potentially the leadership of global or regional C&B projects.
- Policy Compliance and Job Mapping : You ensure that a consistent compensation policy is available that meets job requirements and corporate culture. You conduct job mapping and assign the correct roles to employee profiles through documentation.
- Process and Financial Management : You are responsible for conducting global and regional C&B processes, as well as developing new regional processes. You lead the regional salary budgeting process in close collaboration with the global C&B team and ensure efficient financial management, budget planning, and cost center control.
- Benchmarking and Collaboration : You are responsible for salary benchmarking in the respective region according to the global HR benchmarking standards. You work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR and Finance, to ensure effective communication and coordination of compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Support and Program Development : You provide expertise and support to the local HR team and HR business partners on all related issues. Additionally, you develop and implement retention and recognition programs that are closely linked to the talent management strategy.
