Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking a  Junior Billing Officer   to start ASAP .

For us, you are a strength, your experience is a real added-value and places you as a key element in the realisation of our Internal accounting department ambitions.

Main responsibilities

  • Prepare, control and file invoices sent to our clients;
  • Assistance for invoices recovery and debt collection.
  • Administrative tasks (filing and follow up of accounting documents…);
  • Miscellaneous accounting tasks (Verification and booking of expense reports and credit card statements…).

Main requirements

  • High school diploma or DUT / BTS with accounting basis ;
  • From 0-2 years’ experience in a similar function or in an invoicing department;
  • Fluent in French and English , German is considered an asset;
  • Work well with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel);
  • Experience in the use of an invoicing / accounting software;
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, structured and effective manner;
  • Your inter-personal skills enable you to manage priorities and deadlines;
  • You are well organised and pay attention to details .
