Responsibilities

  • ERP Implementation :  Take responsibility for the full customization, configuration, and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365, tailored to the specific needs of the IT consulting industry and global structures.
  • Business Process Optimization :  Analyze, adjust, and continuously improve workflows and processes to leverage the full potential of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, particularly Finance, Project Operations, HR, and Sales, to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
  • System Integration :  Plan and implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and existing IT systems to ensure seamless data flow and consistent execution of all business processes.
  • Supporting Business Operations :  Ensure that Microsoft Dynamics 365 effectively supports critical business functions in Project Management (Dynamics 365 Project Operations), Resource Planning, Billing, Customer Reporting, Finance (Dynamics 365 Finance), Human Resources (Dynamics 365 HR), and CRM (Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service).
  • Training and Enablement :  Develop and conduct tailored training programs and create clear, practical documentation for end-users in IT consulting, ensuring efficient system adoption and use.
  • Continuous Improvement :  Proactively identify and implement optimization measures to continuously enhance system performance and business processes, ensuring the long-term success of the ERP solution.
  • Global Collaboration :  Collaborate closely and effectively with international teams to define requirements, monitor timelines, and ensure successful implementation and handover of projects.

Your Profile :

  • In-depth Microsoft Dynamics 365 Knowledge :  Extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in the modules Finance, Project Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, and the Power Platform.
  • Module and Solution Expertise :  Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and their application to optimize business processes such as project management, resource planning, billing, financial management, human resources, and CRM.
  • Technical Expertise :  Strong experience in customizing and configuring ERP systems, integrating with other IT systems, and utilizing Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for automating and analysing business processes.
  • Analytical Thinking :  Strong ability to understand and analyse complex business processes, developing tailored ERP solutions that enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • ERP Implementation Experience :  Proven experience in leading ERP implementation projects, from requirements analysis to successful rollout.
  • Strong Communication Skills :  Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work globally and cross-functionally.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving Skills :  Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and quickly resolve system and process issues to maximize the performance of the ERP system.
  • Educational Background :  A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related equivalent.
