The following challenges await you :

  • In your role as IT Business Partner (m / f / d), you will be part our team of strategic business partners, reporting to the Head of IT Business Partnering.
  • You will act as a liaison between IT and the business, ensuring that IT initiatives align with business objectives and effectively translating business needs into IT solutions.
  • You will be part of the extended management team(s) of the Heraeus Operating Companies (OpCo), interacting with senior business leaders.
  • You will play a crucial role in enhancing the business value contribution of Heraeus IT by delivering our IT Strategy , with a strong focus on strategic and value-oriented business and IT alignment.
  • Effective business stakeholder management is key to success, you establish yourself as the OpCo’s trusted advisor for both digitalization and IT matters.
  • You will aim for close alignment with your IT counterparts, ensuring a solid understanding of business goals and IT execution according to business priorities.
  • You will manage the OpCo’s IT budget, ensuring consistent value generation from key platforms and programs, and personally managing strategically relevant projects.

Your Profile :

  • You bring in 5+ years of work experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You are a business-minded IT professional with a strong understanding of how IT can drive business value.
  • Essential methods for the role such as enterprise architecture, project execution, communication, presentation skills and change management are part of your toolbox.
  • You are excited to contribute your ideas and perspectives in an international and interdisciplinary context.
  • You can align technology solutions with business objectives, promote projects, and lead teams.
  • You are experienced in international projects or in an international working environment.
  • You can balance long-term strategic view with short / mid-term operational necessities.
  • Fluent in English and German in spoken and written.
