Customer Service Supervisor (m / f / d) We are looking for a committed and flexible employee (m / f / d) to lead our customer service team in Germany as a Customer Service Supervisor (m / f / d). Your Role :

Management of the customer service / telesales team (functional and disciplinary)
Ensuring service and quality standards
Operational responsibility for the day-to-day business / pharmacy
Permanent analysis and control of KPI's
Analyses, profitability calculations for measures in the area of customer service / pharmacy
Monthly sales reporting
Continuous development of employees in customer service / telesales
Interdepartmental cooperation with the marketing department
Participation in congresses and trade fairs
Management and organization of telesales / marketing training
Preparation of monthly sales figures for pharmacy direct business

Your Profile :

Studies in business administration or comparable study / training

More than 5 years of customer service experience and experience in managing teams

Fluent spoken and written English and German

Confident use of MS-Office

Concentrated and accurate work

Ability to work in a team

Self-confident customer-friendly and suave appearance .
