- Management of the customer service / telesales team (functional and disciplinary)
- Ensuring service and quality standards
- Operational responsibility for the day-to-day business / pharmacy
- Permanent analysis and control of KPI's
- Analyses, profitability calculations for measures in the area of customer service / pharmacy
- Monthly sales reporting
- Continuous development of employees in customer service / telesales
- Interdepartmental cooperation with the marketing department
- Participation in congresses and trade fairs
- Management and organization of telesales / marketing training
- Preparation of monthly sales figures for pharmacy direct business
Your Profile :
Studies in business administration or comparable study / trainingMore than 5 years of customer service experience and experience in managing teamsFluent spoken and written English and GermanConfident use of MS-OfficeConcentrated and accurate workAbility to work in a teamSelf-confident customer-friendly and suave appearance .
