KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Grid Solutions Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day  In our hardware engineering team, we design, implement and verify the hardware for innovative HVDC and FACTS applications using lean and agile methods. Our team works closely with project management, project execution and end customers to create new standardized solutions. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for independently designing, implementing, and verifying solutions for the reference design of our C&P system cabinets. Working collaboratively with our stakeholders, you will create concepts and implement these functions as a reference. From time to time you will support Hardware Engineers in the customer projects with questions and problems.  How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analysis of specification with a focus on technical requirements for hardware, considering further development from our standard
• Driving design-related topics from the early stage of hardware concept development to manufacturing, parametrization and testing
• Ensuring the provision of a functional hardware concept that aligns with the platform ideas
• Collaboration with C&P platform team and project engineers, as well as with plant infrastructure teams
