Summary

We are looking for a “Systems Engineer for Land Periscopes & Observation Systems (f / m / d)” for the “Engineering” department at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.

The team develops design concepts and electronics for reconnaissance and observation systems for vehicles and stationary applications in the civil and military sector. Starting with the customer's requirements, the team develops a system concept by comparing it with the sensors and solutions already available at HENSOLDT.

The development tasks primarily include electronic components, although mechanical issues such as thermal connection must also be addressed. The team also supports the integration and verification of the products at the customer's premises.

Your Tasks

Creation of system concepts for complex optronic products

Coordination of product development in an interdisciplinary project team

Requirement management to define the scope of development

Definition and support of qualifying tests

Creation of quantity structures and collaboration on quotations

Coordination and support of external development work

Evaluation and optimization of offers with regard to performance and costs

Analyzing technical market developments to support the product strategy

Your Profile

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik o.ä.

Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von komplexen, technischen Geräten, Antriebssystemen oder Steuerungen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden und Entwicklungspartnern

Erfahrungen im System Engineering und Requirement Management sind von Vorteil

Kenntnisse relevanter Werkzeuge wie Doors und Enterprise Architect

Überzeugendes Auftreten und sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten

Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung, Teamfähigkeit und Motivation

Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
