About the Job :

HARMAN AutoOne is a product engineering platform that combines our automotive product portfolio into a seamless user experience. We run a global concept car fleet and test system pool for end-to-end product development including full system integration and validation.

You are a passionate automotive program management professional, who is enthusiastic about vehicle-level system integration and wants to define the future in-cabin user experience.

Join our AutoOne team as Senior Program Manager and become a key player in implementing our automotive product strategy. You will manage the development and evolution of our product engineering and validation vehicle platform. You will coordinate the integration of our automotive product portfolio, including cockpit, sound, mixed reality, connectivity, driver assistance, and cloud service solutions. Working with product management, architecture, design, fabrication, system integration and validation, you will oversee the implementation of a mature, holistic, and compelling in-cabin user experience.

Responsibilities :

• Development and execution of the global reference car program
• Planning and coordination of product roadmaps and product integration incl. process development and optimization
• Manage architecture, design, fabrication, and system validation
• Run design and user testing campaigns
• Requirements, change, and issue management process development and execution
• Interface to product management, marketing, and engineering
