Your tasks

Acting as the first point of contact in first level support for internal users

Initial analysis, recording and classification of requests (tickets)

Supporting telephone, written and personal support requests

Independent compliance with response and processing times for support requests

Solving simple queries and forwarding more extensive faults to second level support

Support of PCs, laptops and printers in a client / server network environment

Your profile

Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training in the IT sector, committed career starters and career changers are also welcome

Good written and spoken German and English skills

Independent and goal-oriented way of working

High degree of diligence, flexibility and ability to work in a team

Strong quality awareness and quick comprehension skills

Confident and professional appearance and excellent communication skills
