Your role with us

• Develop and manage a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales, margin, and design-in targets
  
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Rutronik’s electronic components portfolio
  
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and translate application requirements into suitable product solutions
  
• Plan and conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities throughout the sales process
  
• Coordinate quotations, samples, projects, delivery topics, and customer requirements together with internal specialist teams
  
• Work closely with Internal Sales, Product Marketing, Field Application Engineering, Material Management, Supply Chain, and Quality Management

Your qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field; alternatively relevant technical sales experience
  
• Professional experience in field sales, technical sales, account management, or application-oriented customer support
  
• Ideally experience with electronic components, semiconductor distribution, or another technically driven B2B environment
  
• Strong commercial mindset combined with technical understanding, negotiation skills, and a high level of customer orientation
  
• Fluent English, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned sales territory
