You Have :

• 2+ years of experience as a UAS Master Trainer 2.0
• 2+ years of experience with Fabrication, including 3D Printing, Arduino Coding, or Electronics
• 2+ years of experience planning, executing, and facilitating Virtual Training such as Virtual Battlespace, VBS3, and Virtual Reality, and Home Station Training Lanes
• Ability to plan, execute, and facilitating training in classroom and austere environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with brigade and battalion leadership
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience planning, executing, and facilitating leader, individual, or collective training, or 8+ years of experience planning, executing, and facilitating leader, individual, or collective training in lieu of a degree
• Ability to complete the Certified Military Instructor Certification Training Course within 180 days of start date

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
