Your Responsibilities | Compliance – Regulatory – AML / CFT – Risk Management
- Oversee and monitor the company’s compliance framework, ensuring alignment with AML / CFT regulations.
- Act as a key liaison with regulatory authorities (CSSF) and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
- Review and assess high-risk AML / CFT relationships and implement robust due diligence procedures.
- Develop and conduct compliance training programs to reinforce awareness and adherence across teams.
- Provide strategic guidance on internal policies and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring best practices.
- Leverage the firm’s digitalized compliance tools to enhance oversight, reporting, and efficiency in regulatory monitoring.
