About the job :
As a Digital Key Account Manager (m / w / d) you will manage a major European Key Account. Youll drive sustainable growth by establishing and implementing bestinclass strategies while connecting key stakeholders across the region to shape our digital footprint. With a brandled consumerfocused and productdriven approach you will take full responsibility for the accounts management and success.
Youll develop and deliver tactical and strategic account plans for your customer with passion while achieving monthly quarterly & annual KPIs. Ultimately you deliver a premium brand experience to surprise & delight our customers & consumers.
You will be an integral member of a regional team of Key Account Managers and Operations experts. You will develop the strategy for this account and build the strategic growth plans to profitably deliver volume value and profit targets across an evolving landscape. At the same time you will develop deeply connected strategic business partnerships with this very influential and visible partner in Europe. Beyond that you will work with the broader European team to define the digital landscape of the future for Levis ultimately ensuring that Digital remains a key growth driver across Europe for us going forward.
Responsibilities :
Deliver sustainable and profitable growth by driving LS&CO and partner KPIs. Ensure that the fully integrated gotomarketprocess is understood and executed efficiently and innovatively across this account.
Work cross functionally with merchandising planning finance and operations to define growth opportunity to create separation between Levis and the competition.
Deliver the framework processes for robust and reliable forecast accuracy including the weekly operations review and annual / quarterly forecast processes for this Account.
Track and deliver against all KPIs on a weekly monthly and quarterly business; net revenues; at once prebookings order book conversion returns etc.
Ensure strategic account and marketing plans are brought to life to underpin the sustainable and profitable growth of Levis within partner business.
Use best in class ways of working to help develop digital capabilities in our country sales teams.
Ensure effective sellout reporting by country is shared across the European organization.
Establish what and how digital accounts can play within the wider omnichannel roadmap and ensure that investment and energy is applied to deliver it.
Define needs and processes that drive efficiency and improve for digital partners across Europe.
Review and implement dilution strategies that target good behavior across the digital landscape.
Identify and deliver consumer led opportunities to achieve growth distribution or product categories with existing accounts.
Develop and nurture crossfunctional account partnerships to ensure that product marketing finance operations align and deliver a premium brand experience in all accounts all the time. Provide own insights and present / implement channel sales strategy and defined key account sales strategy in line with the evolving market trends and competitor insights for the achievement of the targets in both customer segment and by product category.
About you :
Experienced KAM with 3yrs experience in wholesale ideally part of that with .com accounts.
Previous management of big accounts and toptotop relationships.
Ability to effectively collaborate partner and influence to drive profitable results.
Ability to communicate effectively fluent English is a must.
Proven ability to grow a business effectively and run a P&L.
Proactivity decisiveness and able to juggle analytical and strategic commercial mindset.
