Your role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Manager to support our marketing strategy brand growth and sales enablement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our B2B marketing efforts as we continue to expand in the quantum computing industry.

Your responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Communication : Assist Marketing Manager in creating compelling content for a sophisticated B2B technical audience including newsletters LinkedIn posts and website copy to drive engagement and brand visibility
  • Sales Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to optimize CRM workflows (Hubspot) and ensure targeted and effective distribution of newsletters and email campaigns
  • Brand Management : Coordinate with external agencies to refine and enhance the corporate identity and brand positioning ensuring alignment with the companys goals and target markets
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Project Coordination : Support the of various marketing campaigns and projects ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Operational Support : Provide operational assistance to the Marketing Manager in daytoday marketing tasks and initiatives ensuring smooth workflow and timely

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship or studies in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field or comparable qualifications
  • First experience in a marketing role in a Deep Tech or startup environment focusing on B2B technical audiences (mainly Scientists TechLeads Investors)
  • Experience in CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot) and their application in marketing workflows
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) for creating and managing web content
  • Experience in image editing tools (e.g. Photoshop or Lighroom) is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • True startup mindset; handson driven resilient. As we are a young venture we all must wear different hats and contribute to different aspects of the business
  • Excellent command of English is necessary and German is a big plus

    About us

    Kipu Quantum is a German startup focused on quantum computing with offices in Karlsruhe and Berlin. We specialize in developing quantum algorithms tailored for specific applications and hardware. Our solutions help various industries including pharmaceuticals chemicals logistics and finance to tackle complex problems using existing quantum hardware. We aim to make practical quantum computing accessible by significantly reducing the time needed to achieve quantum advantage for realworld applications.

    In December 2023 Kipu Quantum secured 10.5 million in seed funding led by HV Capital and DTCF (DeepTech & Climate Fonds) with participation from Entrada Ventures Quantonation and First Momentum Ventures. This funding will support the development of our hardwarespecific quantum algorithms and accelerate the commercialization of our quantum solutions.
