As our IT Project Manager, you’ll build and drive a lightweight Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring clear processes, transparency, and efficiency across all IT projects. Your work will cut delays, eliminate bottlenecks, and keep projects on track.
The location of this position is Germany, with the option to work remotely or from any of our locations within the country.
Your Job :
- Establish and lead the PMO within Corporate IT.
- Define and implement standardized project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Coordinate cross-departmental IT projects to align with corporate goals.
- Track KPIs, report progress, and ensure transparency across all initiatives.
- Develop and enforce project governance frameworks for structured execution.

Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries and as extra, you have a 10% variable that is based on company performance
