Finance & Corporate Administrator, Luxembourg

Onsite to be able to support the front office needs

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to step into the Finance & Corporate Admin role and support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. This role will also include basic office management responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the office.

What you’ll be doing

Finance & Accounting

  • Support the finance team with data entry, document preparation, and daily bank transaction imports
  • Maintain the accounting mailbox and assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile company bank accounts and review company card payments for accuracy

Corporate Administration & Office Management (20-30% of the role)

  • Welcome visitors and coordinate meeting schedules, calls, and appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and general correspondence
  • Oversee office supplies and coordinate maintenance with vendors and service providers
  • Maintain and update internal records, files, and databases
  • About you, you have

  • A background in  accounting, finance, or administration  (BTS or equivalent preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in a junior accounting / finance role (preferred)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French (necessary)
  • The ability to work autonomously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
