Group Expert Maintenance Execution Efficiency (m / f / d) Hours : Full-Time Permanent Make Efficiency Real Borealis is looking for a Group Expert in Maintenance Execution Efficiency (MEE) . The purpose of this role is to provide top-tier expertise to support various locations, focusing on cost saving and efficiency improvements in maintenance processes. Collaborate closely with other Discipline Experts, including members from Plant Availability & Turnarounds / Asset Management, to generate value and optimize solutions. Provide input to the operations community, optimize maintenance processes, offer training for new solutions, share best practices, and drive digital solutions such as developing apps and cost estimation tools. Achieve cost savings, streamline maintenance processes, create and revise procedures, and ensure efficient processes in SAP. Work closely with contractors to drive efficiency and innovate for better maintenance solutions. As a Group Expert MEE, you have a Polyolefins & Hydrocarbons Business understanding, profound knowledge in budgetary planning, and leadership experience. You haveyears of experience in the petrochemical industry with exposure to driving cost-saving and efficiency programs in maintenance. Your ability to manage projects effectively and influence your stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. Finally, you are fluent in verbal and written business-level English.
