Tasks Leading and coordinating the IT operations team Monitoring and optimizing the IT infrastructure and services with a focus on cloud solutions Ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, especially in the cloud Developing and implementing IT strategies and processes that support a cloud-first strategy Carrying out and ensuring ISO27001 certification Liaising with other departments to support their IT needs, particularly in the migration and use of cloud services Continuous improvement of IT operations standards and procedures with a focus on cloud technologies Leading and developing team members in terms of cloud competencies Requirements Degree in computer science, information technology, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in IT operations, ideally with a focus on cloud technologies Experience in managing teams and projects Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and system administration as well as cloud architectures Experience with cloud solutions and virtualization technologies Experience in the implementation and assurance of ISO27001 certifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Good written and spoken German and English skills Closing If you are ready to take on new challenges and drive innovation, we want to hear from you!
