Java Backend SW Developer / Encryption (m / f / d)

Your Responsibilities

As R&D Engineer (m / f / d) you will be part of an agile Scrum Team, developing software for the 93K IC Test platform

This team is responsible to define / design / implement and test new customer visible features in Java

This includes working with customers to understand their use cases, propose and implement new solutions to leading edge technology problems

You are working with state-of-the-art tools, development environments and realize new functionality with high quality

You will work self-reliant and being part of an agile team, following agile principles is a work environment that fits for you

You will develop Java applications in a modern tool chain on high performance Linux Workstations.

You will realize the top notch of encryption algorithms in the product software.

Ideally you already have experience in software development with multiple teams. We also expect practical knowledge in object oriented analysis and design, including UML modeling, design patterns and implemented in Java.

Your Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Vast experience as Software Developer with Java

Structured approach to problem analysis and problem solving

Wanting to work in an agile environment

Good Linux / Unix knowledge

Strong programming skills in Java

Deep understanding of software design concepts and methodologies

Profound knowledge of OO Software Development methods and tools

Good knowledge of encryption techniques and cryptography algorithms

Passion for quality

Good communication skills

Fluent in English

This is a plus :

Experience with the Eclipse open platform

Experience on Scrum software development process

Experience on large scale software systems

Experience on GIT software versioning system

Good understanding of ICs / Electronic Measurement Technology

Good German language skills
