For over 15 years, the marketwing GROUP, a direct marketing service provider with approximately 100 employees, has successfully handled communications and fundraising for nonprofit organizations and charitable groups, allowing them to focus on their charitable work.

We are expanding our motivated, cheerful fundraising team in Hanover/Garbsen and are looking for a C# / .NET 10 / ASP.NET Core Software Developer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What We Develop

With us, you'll work on a comprehensive web application for organizations in the fundraising and nonprofit sectors.

Our software supports key processes related to donor, address, campaign, and transaction data, and connects line-of-business applications with data processing, reporting, and external interfaces.

Technically, we rely on a modern architecture based on ASP.NET Core and .NET 10, and we're constantly expanding the system with new features and integrations. You'll enjoy a varied role working across front-end, back-end, databases, and APIs.

Why You Should Work at Marketwing

• Quality over quantity: No stressful deadlines, no "banana software" that only ripens once it reaches the customer. With us, you'll have the time and freedom to implement features in a well-thought-out and robust manner.
• Help shape the future: Your ideas matter! Get involved and make a lasting impact on our product-we value everyone who contributes ideas and helps shape our work.
• Meaningful work: Your work helps nonprofit organizations achieve their goals better and more efficiently.

What to Expect at Our Company

• Job Security: Permanent full-time (38-hour workweek) or part-time position, long-term with growth opportunities.
• Flexible working hours: We make sure your job and your life are in harmony. Remote work is possible by arrangement, though we prioritize in-office presence to ensure optimal teamwork.
• 30 days of vacation, special leave policies: For your well-being.
• Modern development environment: We work with Rider, GitHub, and Codex, as well as our own automation tools, code generation, and automated build and quality checks.
• Family-like team: Flat hierarchies, a supportive atmosphere, and a relaxed work environment.
• Easy access: Free parking or public transportation-the choice is yours.
• Health & Mobility: Hansefit membership, bike leasing, and fruit & beverages in the office.
• Benefits: Company pension plan, capital-forming benefits, and other perks.
• Team spirit: Group lunches every Friday and regular company events.

Your Responsibilities

• Development of modern front-end and back-end features using C# and .NET 10 / ASP.NET Core.
• Design and customization of database structures and data-intensive processes based on Microsoft SQL Server.
• Development, integration, and maintenance of web APIs and external interfaces.
• Further development and integration of existing application components.
• Independent implementation of customer requirements-from concept to delivery.
• Testing, documentation, and continuous optimization of existing code structures.
