To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit an

IT Specialist (f / m / d) Laboratory Services

Your Responsibilities :

• Provide IT services for our laboratories to ensure a highly integrated and efficient use of IT for enabling our laboratories with solutions ​
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the laboratory IT services enable delivering our digital and data strategy​
• Manage relationships with external service providers for laboratory IT services
• Troubleshoot and analyze applications, interfaces, and systems ​
• Maintain and keep accurate system documentation, end user knowledge base articles, and work tracking logs​
• Further develop and conceptualize specifications and standards​
• Provide regular trainings for users and key users​
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and apply them to our operations​
