Team Leader, Global Regulatory Affairs

Location : Cologne, Germany

Are you a dynamic leader looking to make a significant impact in regulatory affairs? Our client, a global leader in agricultural sciences, is seeking a Team Leader for their Global Regulatory Affairs team based in Cologne. This role offers not only the chance to manage and develop a team of regulatory managers but also to shape regulatory strategies for cutting-edge active ingredients and products on a global scale.

You’ll foster a culture of excellence, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities to enhance the regulatory knowledge and skills of your team members. Supported by a company renowned for its innovative solutions in agriculture and a collaborative working environment, you’ll have the autonomy to make critical decisions that drive regulatory success and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of Global Regulatory Affairs Managers.
Develop and implement regulatory strategies for active ingredients and products.
Provide transparent communication and feedback to team members.
Oversee budget status of projects and ensure timely submissions.
Collaborate with global teams to align regulatory activities.

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory management in high-regulation regions.

Strong leadership and team motivation skills.

Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Life Sciences.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.
