As a respected manufacturer and installer of mobile wall systems with a strong commitment to quality and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a Finance Administration & HR Manager to join the team in DessauRolau Germany.
Position Overview
The Finance Administration & HR Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring financial stability operational efficiency and effective workforce management. This newly created position will oversee key areas including financial control HR functions and administrative oversight while supporting the Operational Manager and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Lead financial planning budgeting and cash flow management
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage the transition of outsourced accounting activities inhouse
- Compile and validate accounts to ensure continuity of financial tracking
- Prepare accurate financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations
