Key responsibilities
- Build a very good understanding of customers and market.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide solutions for customer issues and act as voice of customer.
- Act and communicate proactively whilst keeping customers informed of relevant topics.
- You take full responsibility for the customer experience, manage the operational process and keep up to date with specifics and changes in local regulations as well as the company's product developments
- Take an active role in internal as well as external customer meetings together with Sales Specialists / Operations etc.
- Uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities which will be of value to our customers.
- Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure that agreed turn times are achieved for customer requests.
- Address root causes and seek improvement opportunities on daily tasks / responsibilities.
