What you´ll do

Training Delivery related tasks :

• Specializing in courses on SAP system administration topics, focusing on SAP S / 4HANA (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and on-premises) system administration and / or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Deliver training sessions (including international) across all offered channels and formats, such as instructor-led training, customer-specific training, SAP Live Class (all virtual formats).
• Active support of instructors from the internal and external network who are not teaching full-time.
• Communication with customers beyond the class topics and solving of respective queries independently, acting as a trusted advisor for our customer and partners.
• Usage of integration knowledge to position the added value to our customers and partners within delivery and to develop / realize ideas for further Education products.
• Leading complex CST qualifications, including the respective coordination and customer contact. Managing customer expectations appropriately.
• Taking over global content responsibility (ECM), also for innovative topics.
• Acquire detailed knowledge of various Enablement paths provided by SAP Education (not only focusing on ILT).

With a strong focus on SAP system administration, we are dedicated to equipping our clients with the knowledge and skills necessary to administer SAP S / 4HANA systems effectively, perform system upgrades and migrations, and optimize system performance.
