Responsibilities :

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for IT end-user support for the Wertheim production sites and Gilching

You assist in the configuration, deployment, management, and troubleshooting of PCs, mobile devices, printers, and other IT devices

Your support in local / regional / global IT projects provides you with insights into technological innovations and digital transformation

Administering local IT infrastructure and applications at the sites complements your role in IT services

You advise partially global users and conduct training on how to best use our digital workplace tools and apps

Managing external service providers for IT service delivery is also part of your responsibilities

Qualifications :

You have a completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, or a completed vocational training in the IT field

A minimum of 5 years of practical professional experience in IT support or IT administration qualifies you for this exciting position

You have solid knowledge in the areas of PC hardware, Microsoft software, and networking, with certifications being advantageous

Strong organizational skills and an independent working style characterize you

You excel in communication and possess a pronounced service orientation

Your German is fluent in both spoken and written form, and you have a very good command of English
