The Resolute Group are glad to represent an expanding international company, who are looking for an experienced Project Manager.

This company was has multiple offices across Europe, and over 500 employees spread across this region. With expertise across design and build projects, you will be joining an ambitious and hardworking team, who prioritise a quality driven approach.

For this role, you will be required to travel nationwide throughout Germany. Thus, you must be comfortable and flexible for consistent travel to be on site.

Day-to-day duties will vary but could include :

• Technical and organizational responsibility for the project
• Review the fundamentals of the construction project and instruct the construction management accordingly, as well as coordinate and support the construction management in the implementation of the construction project
• The project manager is responsible for the technical and organizational responsibility for the construction management
• Participate in and moderate negotiations and meetings with clients and subcontractors, as well as serve as the first point of contact for the client
• Responsibility for compliance with the contractually agreed specifications and quality standards, as well as all legal requirements
• Responsible for the implementation of all deadlines and adherence to the agreed schedule, as well as for the implementation of all agreed milestones and the organization of final acceptance
• Review of the cost estimate
• Overview of the total costs and ensuring compliance with the budget
