Job Description :

Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Experience of working in Quality Assurance.

Knowledge of Lean Management.

Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers.

Fluent in German and English.

Understanding of industrial processes, supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing, or other fields related to the specific industry they work in.

Create 2D Line Layout and 3D factory Modelling, Layout installation support, Lean Manufacturing, overview layouts considering the input from other disciplines.

Input gathering, data analysis, Continuous Improvement and Automation Concept preparation.

Documentation, Reproduction of Drawings and Business communication, Scope discussion.

Knowledge on Lean manufacturing, Total quality management, Kaizen, 5s, Material tracking Kanban, Poke - Yoka etc.

Drive, Identify and Implement the key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time.

Analyse bottleneck in the process, understand current challenges and projects in place to improve performance.

Able to think on an abstract conceptual level, as well can dive into details if required.

Taking the initiative and can work on various projects simultaneously if required.

Support the engineering team in presenting our system designs in a visually attractive manner towards our customers

Tracking of actions on weekly basis and follow with the respective owners

Set up reviews with stake holders at regular cadence on progress check and bringing to the steerco discussions and support required.

Experience in 2D Auto CAD ,3D Modeling and knowledge in Production drawing release BOM

Experience in Material flow planning, Supply chain data analysis, warehouse process and material handling systems will be an advantage.

Ability to read and understand Mechanical drawings, process flow design, Value Stream Mapping.

Lean manufacturing, Time study analysis, Line balancing and Assembly process planning.

Able to understand statistical model, solve logical problem and technical calculations.

Able to work in a team or independently.

Good planning, reporting and presentation skills.
