Job Description

The VIE will be in charge of :

Works closely with leadership and maintenance teams in order to optimize the maintenance operations processes on the client’s infrastructure.

Generally identify areas which can be streamlined

Create and deploy new processes & concepts

Deploy validated processes and ongoing work on continuous improvement of processes

Support your Manager in the change management drive (sustainable improvement by leveraging consulting skills and change management processes)

Qualifications

Educational background : Engineering school, LEAN Management

Languages : German, French, English
